Meet Kristeen

Kristeen is certified and recognized by the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher 200 (ERYT) and a continuing education provider (YACEP). She provides accessible and age-friendly classes that are good for the body and great for mental wellness. Kristeen is currently pursuing her Honours Bachelors Degree in Gerontology at Laurentian University and is passionate about working with members of the aging community.
